Blissful Oaks
Two Master Suites on Conservancy Land
This spacious home was designed for a pair of sisters who decided to retire together. They wanted a home that’s comfortable, energy-efficient, and easy to maintain.
Each sister has her own master suite. There’s also room for guests, future caretakers, and ample storage. One sister has a private office. The other has a cheerful craft room.
A shady screened back porch opens to a deck with an 18-foot spa/pool.
There’s a 6.24 kilowatt solar photovoltaic system. A 30,000 gallon rainwater collection system provides water.
The house sits on 15 acres overseen by Hill Country Conservancy, so careful site design was an important part of the project.
The home won awards.
