Modern Farmhouse
The great room of this three-bedroom modern farmhouse is filled with daylight. It opens to a screened porch across the back of the house.
It was designed to fulfill the dream of its homeowner and to be her “forever” home. She huddled with us during design. She brought photographs, ideas, and questions, and she took time to think through every detail about how she wanted her house to function.
The home sits on ten acres. It was designed and built for energy efficiency and easy maintenance. It won a 5-star rating from Austin Energy Green Building.
